In just two weeks, things have taken quite a turn. Yesterday, I reached out to the hospital we’re under care with for advice regarding a couple of issues we’ve been facing. Iz, has been struggling with constipation. While it’s not severe, it’s causing her quite a bit of discomfort.

Today, I spent 45 minutes trying to get through to her GP for a prescription for pediatric Movicol. Thankfully, we have a telephone consultation later this morning and I’m hoping we’ll get the prescription we need with minimal issues ready in case we need it again.

In the meantime, I’ve ordered three books on constipation and am in full “hyper-focus” mode, learning everything I can about the condition!
